1、Can I make changes to an order?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, this means that we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes to your order at this point.
Once you've received your order, you can refuse it upon delivery or post it back for a refund. 
If you are yet to receive a shipping confirmation email from us, we may still be able to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any item or size amendments once the order has been placed, however, we can change your address.

2、Can I choose for my parcel to be left in a safe place?
If you select a safe place but can't find your parcel, make sure that you check with the residents within your household as well as with neighbors to see if they accepted the parcel on your behalf.
If you believe that your order has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local authorities as soon as possible.

3、What do I do if I haven't received my order and tracking hasn't updated for a while?
Peak periods
During peak periods, we can sometimes experience delays in the postal network due to Black Friday/Cyber Monday and in the run-up to Christmas. Please trust our couriers always work as quickly as possible to deliver on time, but we kindly ask you to allow a little more time for your order to arrive.
